Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us — at the door and online. This policy explains what data we collect on this website, why, and what your rights are under the GDPR (DSGVO).

1. Controller

Responsible for data processing on this website:

ROSA Berlin Studio 121 GmbH, Storkower Straße 121, 10407 Berlin, Germany. Contact: community@rosaclub.de.

2. What we collect

Server logs: when you visit this site, our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).

Newsletter: if you sign up, we process your email address to send you news about ROSA events. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, via double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every mail.

3. What we deliberately don't do

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not profile visitors. Attendance at a sex-positive venue is nobody's business but yours — data minimisation is a design principle of this site, not an afterthought.

4. Third-party services

Content on this site (event images) is delivered via Sanity (content management, EU-compliant processing agreement in place) and hosted on Vercel. Newsletter delivery: Brevo (EU-based, Paris) — to be confirmed with legal review.

5. Ticketing

Ticket purchases happen on Resident Advisor (ra.co), a separate service with its own privacy policy. We receive no personal data from your ticket purchase.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact community@rosaclub.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Berlin data protection authority (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

7. Photography at events

Our events are photo-free spaces unless explicitly announced otherwise. Where accredited photography happens, it is consent-based — see the awareness rules at the door. [Detail to be finalised with legal review.]
