Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to visits to ROSA, Storkower Straße 121, 10407 Berlin, and to the use of this website. Organiser: Studio 121 GmbH.

2. Admission

Admission is 18+ with valid ID, at the discretion of the door team. Our door policy exists to protect the space and the people in it — it is not negotiable at 3am.

Specific events may carry additional entry conditions (dress code, FLINTA*-only, members priority) shown on the event page.

3. Consent & house rules

Consent is the house rule. Ask before you touch, ask before you assume, accept every no. The awareness team's instructions are binding. Violations lead to immediate removal without refund and may lead to a permanent ban.

4. Phones & photography

Cameras are stickered at the door. Photography and filming inside the venue are prohibited unless explicitly announced for a specific event. Violating this is treated as a consent violation (see 3).

5. Tickets

Tickets are sold via Resident Advisor (ra.co) under their terms of sale. Tickets are only refundable where required by law or RA's policy. Admission with a valid ticket remains subject to the door policy (see 2) — [refund handling for door refusals to be defined with legal review].

6. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, in accordance with statutory law. Liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations. Wardrobe use [at own risk / insured — to be defined].

7. Final provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible: Berlin.
